All content, software, designs, and materials created by Marssan remain the intellectual property of Marssan LLC unless explicitly transferred in writing. Client deliverables are governed by the terms of each individual engagement agreement.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely feedback, and necessary access to complete projects. Delays caused by the client may affect delivery timelines and associated costs.
5. Confidentiality
We treat all client information as strictly confidential. We will not disclose your proprietary information to third parties without your written consent, except as required by law.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Marssan shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services or website.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our services and website are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Either party may terminate an engagement with written notice as specified in the project agreement. Upon termination, all outstanding fees for work completed shall be due immediately.
